Cores are taken and sent to the lab. The following tests are performed:
1. Compressive Strength
2. Air Void Distribution
3. Chloride Ion Content

Test Pits are performed over the roof slab to determine the condition of the roof slab waterproofing and the depth of the overburden.

Upon receipt of all tenders, THE ODAN/DETECH GROUP INC. will review these tenders and make recommendations.

During the rehabilitation of the parking structure, THE ODAN/DETECH GROUP INC. will review the progress of work to assure that the contractor is conforming to the contract documents. This can be achieved by periodic or full time field review. Once a site visit has been made, a report is issued outlining the progress of work. Reports are also issued for progress payments and substantial completion.
